Dinâmicas de motivação nas empresas
Olá pessoal do Vivência Pedagógica.
Gostaria de iniciar aqui uma discussão a respeito do uso de ferramentas educacionais em empresas, como por exemplo, dinâmicas de motivação. Essas dinâmicas são comuns em escolas, como uma maneira de fazer os alunos focarem no conteúdo e estar dispostos a aprender.
No meu ver, muito do que se faz em sala de aula está bem avançado na orientação e organização de grupos de pessoas. São métodos simples, que funcionam até mesmo com crianças, e bem eficazes inclusive na área de RH, mas talvez por falta de comunicação entre elas, tanto por resistência de professores quanto de profissionais de gestão de pessoas, acaba não havendo uma comunicação efetiva. Algo ruim, pois a escola tem a função de preparar o aluno para a vida, e a base da vida é o trabalho.
Consegui expor minha dúvida claramente? O que vocês acham? Também gostaria de saber se esse tipo de assunto interessa ao grupo.
