A Importância da Ação Dialógica do Professor Contemporâneo na Construção da Identidade dos Sujeitos

Para explicitar esta narrativa, a reflexão foi organizada sobre dois eixos norteadores; a ação dialógica do docente e a construção de identidade do aluno. Nesse sentido compreender a ação dialógica como uma instância produtora de linguagem e, portanto, formadora de subjetividade, requer considerar que o ser humano é como um todo inacabado que se constitui de suas relações sociais, com os seus processos de escolarização, com suas contradições e ambigüidades e com suas memórias que , por vezes, se remetem a memória do outro.

Daí a alteridade e as perspectivas educacionais que serão abordadas neste artigo que versa a ação dialógica do docente contemporâneo na construção da identidade.

Ao discutir o conceito de identidade Hall explica que: não importa quão diferentes seus membros possam ser em termos de classse, gênero ou raça, uma cultura nacional busca unificá-los numa identidade cultural, para representá-los todos como pertencendo à mesma e grande família nacional. (HALL, 2001:59) Com tal exposição, percebe-se que a dimensão das significações pessoais contemplam perspectivas dos diversos sujeitos sociais, a partir dos lugares sociais que eles ocupam.

Relato, neste artigo, como organizamos a nossa reflexão sobre a ação dialógica do docente e a construção de identidade. Para tanto, é necessário redefinirmos o que é ação dialógica, e identidade.

Ação dialógica: A ação dialógica é um elemento constitutivo da linguagem e da consciência ideológica. Sua ênfase está na importância da linguagem como fenômeno sócioideológico e apreendida dialogicamente no curso da história.
Identidade: é a relação da dinâmica cultural que pertence àquele que se faz parte integrante de uma sociedade, grupo social com seus processos de integração e sociabilidade. Nesse sentido compreender a ação dialógica como uma instância produtora de linguagem e, portanto, formadora de subjetividade, requer considerar o ser humano como um todo inacabado que se constitui de suas relações sociais.

Decorre, então, a importância do “outro” na formação subjetiva do ser humano. Um exemplo fiel dessa nossa pesquisa são os batuques do Pelourinho na ação dialógica. São nesses sons que busca-se a totalidade perdida que a linguagem emerge e através dos nossos contrasons , ou ainda contraritmos, é que novos códigos surgirão à partir de um novo meio interativo.

Com isso, pretendemos demonstrar a relevância das interações ocorridas na escola e no cotidiano, estes adolescentes estão internalizando palavras de outros, tornando-o também parte integrante do eu, enfim, se constituindo enquanto sujeitos e da melhor forma possível. Bakhtin, por exemplo, em seu esforço para redefinir os aspectos da linguagem na sua subjetividade afirma: Vivencio a vida interior do outro enquanto alma, ao passo que em mim mesmo vivo no espírito. A alma é a imagem vivida que globaliza tudo o que foi efetivamente vivido, tudo o que faz a atualidade da alma no tempo, ao passo que o espírito globaliza todos os significados de sentidos, todos os enfoques existenciais, os atos que fazem sair de si mesmo. (BAKHTIN, 1997: 130)

Em uma sala de aula ou outro espaço fora desse contexto escolar, atores são chamados a falar, a se colocar, a romper o silenciamento que trazem consigo. Falam e discutem sobre os problemas que vivem e enfrentam no cotidiano, junto com seus vizinhos e moradores. Falam e conversam. Trocam experiências, idéias, alegrias, derrotas, vitórias, contam estórias, mobilizam-se e organizam-se para tarefas comuns. Esse falar leva ao domínio da fala, a descoberta do poder falar e esse poder falar parece significar Poder. Poder de expor-se, confrontar-se e confrontar, transformar e ser transformado. Influenciar e ser influenciado.

Tomar decisões e exercer decisões. De silenciado e em silenciamento, parece viver um processo de provável dessilenciamento em que a verbalização e os gestos que a acompanham indicariam uma ruptura de uma silenciosa opressão. Seria a constituição de um ser de Poder, por que se descobre com o poder de falar, dizer, se expressar. A palavra, o falar, o dizer não só estariam indicando a constituição de um sujeito dessilenciante, mas também estaria indicando a descoberta do falar igual aos tambores do Pelourinho, descoberta do falar enquanto poder: poder é o mesmo que o grito dos afoxés; do poder enquanto falar, falar é resignificar os sons dos afoxés, e com isso sujeitos políticos. Sujeitos em seus reencontros, políticos enquanto cidadãos. Tais sujeitos em seus diálogos mediatizados reencontram suas próprias experiências, transformando-as e transformando-se.

Para dialogar com tal afirmação Freire se posiciona levantando a questão que: o diálogo é o encontro entre os homens, mediatizados pelo mundo, para designá-lo. Se ao dizer suas palavras, ao chamar ao mundo, os homens os transformam, o diálogo impõem-se como o caminho pela qual os homens encontram seu significado enquanto homens; o diálogo é, pois, uma necessidade existencial. E já que o diálogo é o encontro no qual a reflexão e a ação, inseparáveis daqueles que dialogam, orientam-se para o mundo que é preciso transformar e humanizar, este diálogo não pode reduzir-se a depositar idéias em outros. Não pode também converter-se num simples intercâmbio de idéias... Não é também uma discussão hostil, polêmica entre os homens que não estão comprometidos nem ao chamar ao mundo pelo seu nome , nem na procura da verdade, mas na imposição de sua própria verdade. ( FREIRE: 2001:69)

Diante dos argumentos apresentados pode-se afirmar que quando se trata de sujeitos e construção de identidade, numa perspectiva de ação dialógica é necessário provocar um retroceder no tempo histórico. Para que nesse retroceder o leitor possa se perceber, segundo as condições históricas de cada época, as pessoas se formam respondendo as questões de seu tempo de um determinado modo e de acordo com as vivências de seu grupo cultural.

Assim, é necessário comparar as respostas dadas por outros povos, em outros tempos, com as respostas que são dadas em nosso tempo, encontrando o sentido e a história de nossas próprias respostas. Não há como produzir conhecimento sem contextualização histórica, social, política e cultural. O repertório de cada indivíduo e sociedade está preso ao contexto vivido. O sujeito não se forma e reforma alienado de seu ambiente social, da mesma forma que ele é influenciado por seu tempo histórico, social e cultural, ele (indivíduo) marca a sociedade em que vive. Nesse processo a linguagem é elemento diferenciador e diferenciado de cada tempo histórico construído a partir da trajetória das diferentes sociedades sempre marcada pelas práticas e ações do indivíduo e da coletividade. Mais do que em qualquer tempo, há a consciência que o ser é histórico, por isso, imersos nas experiências anteriores, nos conhecimentos, vivências, culturas, acertos, erros, encontros e desencontros acumulados ao longo do cotidiano e de várias gerações. Por exemplo, a resposta ao que é belo/beleza é dada de diferentes maneiras. Depende da posição ideológica que o indivíduo ou grupo tem no momento. Em algumas culturas e épocas a beleza é concebida utilizando-se de critérios e padrões diferenciados e de cultura para cultura alguns desses critérios chegam até mesmo apresentar padrões antagônicos para expressar o belo. Isto também acontece com os olhares relativos à constituição do sujeito e suas ideologias. Não basta que seja visto somente pelo olhar individual e pessoal, nem somente pelos olhos dos outros. Para de fato ser enxergado e compreendido é fundamental aprender a desenvolver uma visão ampla e completa que comporte os pontos de vista individual e coletivo. Portanto, para se estabelecer diálogo entre os interlocutores é necessário perceber que não existem verdades absolutas, é preciso uma atitude voltada para a busca do novo, para a escuta, para o transladar-se, para o ponto de vista do outro, transitando pela opinião e redimensionando posições.

A relação dialógica envolve os sujeitos em suas ações e por isso que tal relação perpassa com a relação dos sentido. Silenciar o sujeito de sua ação é afastá-lo da autonomia que se constitui idéias e pensamentos, podendo provocar-lhe uma concepção do que não se faria correto, e a sala de aula posta como um espaço, situa-se como uma alternativa para estar-se, para colocar-se. Aí, mas não somente, a sala de aula é ocupada pelas figuras do professor e do aluno. O encontro entre os sujeitos da ação que são os professores e os alunos confirma o elo que há entre os produtores da ação, onde afirma-se o significado do outro. Afirmar o outro é afirmar o próprio eu, pois o reconhecimento do eu passa pelo reconhecimento do que é distinto e a possibilidade de falar de seu sentir, de sua dor, de sua alegria, daquilo que lhe aflige no cotidiano e a si mesmo é oportunizar o dialogismo que perpassa a história, a cultura, o social, a escrita e principalmente o ouvir.
